Rules of good sleep

Sleep is a naturally recurring state characterized by reduced or absent consciousness, relatively suspended sensory activity, and inactivity of nearly all voluntary muscles. Sleep is a heightened anabolic state, accentuating the growth and rejuvenation of the immune, nervous, skeletal and muscular systems. It is observed in all mammals, all birds, and many reptiles, amphibians, and even fish!

Rules of good sleep:
01. Wake up at a regular time, even on weekends.
02. Try to go to bed only when you are sleepy.
03. Use your bedroom only for sleep, sex and in case of illness.
04. If you go to sleep during the day, not sleep more than an hour
05. Avoid caffeine six hours before bedtime.
06. Do not drink alcohol before going to bed.
07. Do not smoke before bed.
08. Be conservative to sleeping pills.
